City Port

—CONTEXT

We recently collaborated with a local architecture firm to field research, develop a brand story, unearth a brand identity, and name their newest project — a condominium collection in downtown Durham NC. The challenge was to deliberately differentiate City Port from the crowd and introduce a new type of living. The condos provide unique access to the city through sensible, yet refined design delivering access to all that downtown Durham offers.
